Project Manager (all genders)
What will expect you in this role:
- you manage development projects globally (technical, schedule, cost)
- you cover resource planning and subcontractor management
- you organize internal support/specialist support in our matrix organization
- you control progress and prepare reports for internal /external customers as project needs
- you contribute to project proposal preparation or take over proposal lead responsibility
What you can contribute:
- you hold a relevant university degree and can provide professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally microwave, telecommunications, or aerospace business
- you have already gathered project management experience and have worked with a DMS
- you know how to motivate and drive a team
- you know how to organize your tasks and deadlines and stay focused on your objectives. A good level of common sense helps you to find pragmatic answers and solutions to your challenges
- you master English language and provide at least a good level of German language skills
