For our ambitious technology and product development activities, aiming at strengthening our market position and expanding our technology leadership role, we are looking for a

Project Manager (all genders)

 

What will expect you in this role:

  • you manage development projects globally (technical, schedule, cost)
  • you cover resource planning and subcontractor management
  • you organize internal support/specialist support in our matrix organization
  • you control progress and prepare reports for internal /external customers as project needs
  • you contribute to project proposal preparation or take over proposal lead responsibility

 

What you can contribute: 

  • you hold a relevant university degree and can provide professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally microwave, telecommunications, or aerospace business
  • you have already gathered project management experience and have worked with a DMS
  • you know how to motivate and drive a team
  • you know how to organize your tasks and deadlines and stay focused on your objectives. A good level of common sense helps you to find pragmatic answers and solutions to your challenges
  • you master English language and provide at least a good level of German language skills
